/The Outsiders team beat MOUZ with a score of 2:0, thanks to which they made it to the playoffs of IEM Rio Major 2022. Dastan's wards finish their performances in the Legends Stage with three wins and one loss. In turn, the "mice" go to the fifth round, where they will compete for a place in the playoffs of the tournament.
This match started on the Overpass map, which turned out to be the choice of the Russian team. Here the start was left to the players of the Outsiders, who won the pistol series. But suddenly the “mice” joined the game, which managed to adapt to the opponent's attack and get a good advantage - 9:6. However, after the side switch, the intrigue instantly disappeared from the radar, as the Outsiders showed a reinforced concrete defense and quickly took the lead in the series - 16:10.
Then the teams moved to the map Inferni, which became the choice of MOUZ. And again, the Russian team started with a margin, but after that the “mice” managed to find their game and run a little ahead. Still, the Outsiders managed to improve their position at the end of the half to close the gap to one round - 8:7. After switching sides, MOUZ managed to win the pistol round, but here the Outsiders used all their experience to demonstrate an extremely confident attack and get the final victory in the series - 16:10.
A little earlier, the NAVI team defeated Bad News Eagles with a score of 2:0 and made it to the fifth round of the Legends Stage.

IEM Rio Major 2022 takes place from October 31 to November 13 in Brazil at the Jeunesse Arena and at the Riocentro convention center. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North and South America, and Asia are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,250,000, ranking points in the BLAST Premier table, as well as tickets to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023 for the winner.
