HLTV og BLAST snakket om alternativer for NAVI med en liste med seks spillere
/The HLTV portal and tournament operator BLAST talked about the options for NaVi with a roster of six players as part of the upcoming BLAST Premier World Final 2022. The parties have determined a number of rules that the team must follow in order to fit into the established framework and replace the player during the meeting.
Basic instructions for a six-player roster:
- Ten minutes before the start of the match, the team must submit to the organizers the squad that will be represented in the match
- After the end of the map, the team has five minutes to report a change in the composition
- This change cannot be rolled back and will remain in effect until the end of the map.
- The replacement player must join the server and be ready to start the match within 15 minutes. Otherwise, he will have to play on the settings and devices of the player he is replacing
It is reported that the organizers will have a spare computer that the player can use. A similar practice was used for headtr1ck at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 and was reserved for npl at the recent BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022.
Recall that "Born to Win" got into group B , where Heroic, OG and Vitality will also be represented. In the opening match, NAVI will face the Danish-French team Vitality.
The NAVI team managed to talk about their intentions to test a roster of six players as part of the BLAST Premier World Final 2022. In this case, "Born to Win" will alternate maps between sdy and npl. However, specific details and maps on which one or another player will play are not disclosed.
Note that this practice has never been used at large LAN tournaments. In 2020, NAVI and Vitality played with rosters of six players. But then the tournaments were held online due to the coronavirus pandemic.
