Rooster og IHC Esports vil representere Oseania og Asia som en del av ESL Pro League Season 17
/Teams Rooster and IHC Esports took second place in the regional Conference qualifiers for Oceania and Asia, thus qualifying for the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 17. These teams will join the extensive list of participants in the championship, which will begin at the end of February in Malta.
As part of the qualifiers in Oceania, the Australian team started their journey with a victory over Hello Kitten uWu (2:0). However, further Rooster could not cope with Grayhound Gaming (1:2), thus falling into the lower bracket. And yet here the team again managed to outplay Hello Kitten uWu (2:1) to qualify for ESL Pro League Season 17.
IHC Esports also started their way to the qualifiers with a loss to Rare Atom (0:2). However, in the lower bracket, the Mongolian team sensationally outplayed Lynn Vision Gaming (2:1), thus getting their ticket to the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 17.

The organizers must now complete the remaining Conference qualifiers in Europe, North America and Latin America.
ESL Pro League Season 17 will take place from February 22 to March 26 in Malta. As part of the championship, 32 teams from the CIS, Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania will compete for a total prize pool of $850,000, as well as a slot for the winner at IEM Cologne 2023.
