ІлляAs part of the third DPC season in Southeast Asia, BOOM Esports and Fnatic clashed. After two rather tense maps, the former managed to get the better of their rivals (2-0), and eventually secured the first position in the ranking, which means a trip to the PGL Arlington Major. Thanks to this, the team officially became, along with two more members of OG and RNG, who qualified for the upcoming major from their regions.

As part of the DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I, the team showed an excellent performance. Starting with a victory over SMG (2-1) in the first game week, the team was unable to cope with Talon Esports (1-2). After the loss, they began to show a great game: a tense victory against NGX.SEA (2-1), followed by four clear wins against RSG (2-0), Polaris (2-0), T1 (2-0), Fnatic (2- 0).
If there were any doubts before the last match, the victory over the “Orange” brought the players of BOOM Esports the first place in the overall standings, ensuring they got into the long-awaited tournament.
Recall that the PGL Arlington Major will be held from 4 to 14 August this year in Virginia at Esports Stadium Arlington. The top 18 teams from around the world will compete for a prize pool of $500,000 and 4,570 DPC points, and an equally significant title.
