Beastcoast took 2nd place in their region. The team was forced to change the roster coach from Valqui to Accel. Before the start of the PGL Arlington Major, many considered the team from South America as a candidate for a place in the top 16. If Fnatic win today, they will advance to The International as the club will earn at least $12,500 and 360 DPC points. The next opponent in the Major for them will be the Outsiders. And if Jabz and the team outplay the Outsiders, then Evil Geniuses will come to TI. In this case, the Outsiders will go to qualify for the World Championship.

Recall that the PGL Arlington Major takes place from 4 to 14 August this year. The top 17 teams from around the world compete for the $500,000 prize pool and 4,570 DPC points needed to qualify for The International 2022. The venue is Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas. The winner will receive the main prize of $200,000 and 820 DPC points.
