9 Pandas is the 9th team in the world ranking. DPC CIS region in the first round finished in 3rd place, missing Spirit and BB. At Lima Major the guys take only a modest 9th-12th place. They gather their strength and finish the second round of DPC already on the 1st place, not missing anyone in front of them. DreamLeague, however, is not set at all and the organisation leaves the tournament from the 13th-14th position. Berlin Major, on the other hand, is much more pleasant. The team manages to get to the top 3, missing only Liquid and GG. The 3rd round was not quite successful. They are on the 3rd position, but they still made it to the TI, so it's not critical. DreamLeague S20 is not bad or good, finishing in 7th place. At Bali Major pandas took the top 6, a good result.

OG is the 13th team in the world ranking. At the end of the first round, DPC failed to make it to Lima Major, finishing in 5th place. The second round of DPC was a little better and the team still managed to qualify for the Berlin major. In addition, the guys played quite a good game at Dreamleague, taking 5th place. On the same position they finished the Berlin major, which is also not bad. As a result of the 3rd round DPC could not get to the major, finishing it on the 5th place.

OG are outsiders in this encounter, although they and 9P are a fluke. I don't see a clean win for the Pandas, so I'll take the outsider's handicap.
