The teams haven’t met for a half a year, however, bookmakers consider OpTic Gaming to be the only favorite of the match, offering odds in the sum of 1.3 for their victory. In its turn, the victory of Team Kinguin is evaluated as 3.1.

OpTic Gaming is an average team that advances to the LAN finals from time to time, however, doesn’t hold places that guarantee DPC points. PPD’s team held the 7th-8th place at its last championship DAC 2018, having lost to the guys from TNC Pro Team in the lower bracket. It is worth to notice that the team crushed LGD Gaming, Newbee and Vici Gaming during the tournament, nobody expected that from the North American team.

Team Kinguin is not in the best shape right now and didn’t pass qualifiers to GESC: Indonesia Dota2 Minor, EPICENTER XL, DreamLeague Season 9 and MDL Changsha Major over the last few months. At the end of February, the team took part in ESL One Katowice 2018, however, didn’t reach a place higher than the 9th one.

We agree with bookmakers’ opinion and think that OpTic Gaming is an obvious favorite of the match. The American team has more gaming practice against the top teams and hasn’t “cooled off” after DAC 2018.
