BetBoom are the 11th team in the world rankings. In their region, the DPCs confidently finish in 1st position in the first round. This is followed by a disastrous performance at the Lima Major, where they take a dismal 15th-16th place. In the second round, DPC finished in 3rd place, giving way to HR and Spirit, respectively. DreamLeague, however, does not get going at all and the organisation leaves the tournament in 13th-14th position. Berlin Major, on the other hand, is shaping up much more nicely. The team manages to reach the top 3, missing only Liquid and GG. Round 3 did not quite work out. They've taken the 3rd position, but they'll probably get to TI in any case, so that's not crucial.
9Pandas have already beaten BetBoom 2-0 in this tournament. After BB's extreme loss to Talon, I wouldn't be surprised if 9P can take the card. Hence the outsider's handicap.
