Greetings to all League of Legends esports fans! At EGamersWorld, together we continue to analyze the events of LEC Summer 2022 and make our predictions. Let me remind you that this is the largest League of Legends tournament in Europe, and €200,000 EUR and three places at Worlds 2022 are at stake .
We are now in the 6th gaming week of the tournament, which in terms of the distribution of matches between the teams will be absolutely mirrored in the 2nd week of the LEC, perhaps with slight changes in the order of meetings.
MAD Lions vs Fnatic
Does Fnatic have any chance in their current form against MAD?
The final match of the day, which will bring some intrigue. After all, it cannot be said that there is an obvious favorite. MAD Lions and Fnatic will play against each other, for the second time. MAD Lions are showing a great game on the professional scene now, and Fnatic, on the contrary, have not been very productive lately. However, they are one of the top tier teams in Europe. What will this meeting be like?
Form M.A.D. Lions
Top 4 team in the European League of Legends pro-scene, however, which has fallen heavily in ratings and power ratings after changing their roster. But even this did not become an obstacle in order to show a competitive game and take the top 2 of the leaderboard now, at LEC Summer 2022.
And I remind you that since the moment MAD Lions were still known as Splyce, they constantly showed us a performance worthy of 3rd - 4th place in each LEC split. But the recent LEC Spring 2022 was, to put it mildly, a failure for them.
The team is very well known for not often changing its players in the first team, and therefore good teamwork is always expected from them. However, in the spring they changed their midlaner to Nisqy and ADK to UNF0RGIVEN. By the way, Nisqy has already received MVP 4 times and looks very sporty.
So far, MAD Lions are doing well and perhaps this summer split will be a chance for them to break through to the Worlds again. The Lions demonstrate a measured and thoughtful team play, which is what earned them their 2nd place in the standings, although they are on par with Rogue's first place with a score of 8-3 in matches.
They show themselves quite well, both in the draft, in team maneuvers, and in map control. A very worthy team against the background of others. I think they have a very good chance in the playoffs.

Fnatic form
Semi-final of LEC Spring 2022, runner-up team on par with G2 Esports and Rogue. A very stable and strong LEC and European League of Legends team in general, as far as we know it since 2010.
They put together a good roster, which was shown for the first time at this year's spring split, where they replaced everyone except the old man and team leader Hylissang, who has been at the base for almost 5 years. They tested their real strength at LEC Spring 2022 and now they are ready to work for the result again, having prepared.
We opened the first week with a victory over one of our main rivals Rogue, which has already become a very good result, but yesterday in a rematch against the same Rogue with a fight, but lost. Otherwise, the Fnatic team demonstrates a good competitive game, but with varying degrees of success, they can lose to an average team, as was the case in two matches of the previous gaming week.
Their performance in this split could be called decent based on the result of three weeks, but in the 4th and 5th game weeks they managed to lose all matches, that is, 4 games in a row and drop to 6th place in the leaderboard. So now the morale of the team sank a bit.
Otherwise, Fnatic is quite an experienced team that obviously knows what they should do and how. However, there are some shortcomings in drafting or team macro play. There is something to improve.

Meeting history
In a recent match between both teams, which took place on the first day of the second week of LEC Summer 2022, MAD Lions defeated Fnatic. In general, the game was at the pace of MAD all the time, where they perfectly moved around the map and bullied FNC players, not paying much attention to neutral objects. And Nisqy got the MVP on off-meta champion.
The teams know each other well, and therefore I understand how and where you can play against your opponent.
Match outcome
In my opinion, MAD Lions are head and shoulders above Fnatic right now, judging by what we've been seeing from these organizations' rosters at the LEC lately. Fnatic should not be discounted either, because they are considered one of the best teams in Europe. I would say that it is 70% to 30% in favor of MAD. Yes, and their updated roster is very sympathetic to me.
Outcome: M.A.D. Lions win this match.
