Life happens, and if you cause trouble, you’ll face the consequences! In the new simulator inZOI, ending up in jail is a real possibility. So, how do you get arrested, and how do you escape in inZOI?

How to Get Arrested in inZOI?

In inZOI, the Karma system plays a crucial role in determining whether a Zoi will end up behind bars. The more bad deeds you commit, the worse your Karma becomes. Eventually, people will start avoiding your Zoi and spreading rumors, and ultimately, if things escalate, the police will step in.

To get your Zoi arrested, you need to lower their Karma. How do you get bad Karma inZOI? Just look at real life—find obvious examples of deviant behavior and recreate them in the game!

With low Karma, your Zoi has a high chance of encountering a policeman, who will slap on the handcuffs and escort them straight to jail.

By the way, you should also note that, compared to The Sims 4, INZOI has the same cheat for money, or whatever they are called in INZOI – Meows!

What Happens in inZOI Jail?

Unlike other games where jail is just a waiting period, inZOI allows you to control your character inside the prison. However, expect severe restrictions:

• You’ll be stuck in a tiny cell with basic amenities such as a bed, toilet, sink, and mirror.
• You can use vending machines and a water cooler to manage needs.
• Surprisingly, your Zoi still has access to their phone, meaning they can check messages and play games.

Feels just like home, right? Take the opportunity to snap a selfie in your stylish orange jumpsuit! In real life, some prisons even allow inmates to play consoles or watch Bambi—especially if they were poachers.

How to Escape or Get Released from Jail inZOI?

The game won’t make you serve a long sentence. By long, I mean two hours or more. In inZOI, you can leave jail easily by pressing an action button, either on the first or second available release period.

1. Automatic Release – Your Zoi is automatically released at 9 AM the next day.
2. Manual Release – If you want to leave earlier, you can manually trigger the “Get Out of Jail” option anytime after 4 AM.

What’s Next After Jail?

You're free! Unlike real life, there won’t be major issues with finding a job or social interactions. Once your Zoi leaves jail, they can restore their Karma through good deeds, and their time behind bars won’t significantly impact the rest of the game.

• Continue the criminal path – Repeat the cycle and push your Zoi further into the life of crime, possibly making them a notorious villain.
