The Brazilian Counter-Strike legend and the best player in the world in 2017, Marcelo "coldzera" David, won a Counter-Strike tournament for the first time in a long while. In the lineup of Red Canids, where he currently plays, he managed to win the trophy at the CBCS Season 4 tournament.

Results of the grand final of CBCS Season 4:

  • 1. 9z removed Vertigo
  • 2. RED Canids removed Inferno
  • 3. 9z picked Dust2
  • 4. RED Canids picked Mirage
  • 5. 9z picked Ancient
  • 6. RED Canids picked Anubis
  • 7. Nuke was left over

In the grand final, Red Canids faced off against 9z in a tense battle of 5 played maps, where it was the team led by coldzera who managed to clinch victory, which came with great difficulty. On the deciding map, Nuke, the teams played through overtimes, where Red Canids managed to win the first overtime with a score of 4:0. With this victory, Red Canids earned $10,000 for their team.

CBCS Season 4 is an online Counter-Strike 2 tournament. Teams was playing remotely, usually from a training base or bootcamp. Spectators was only be able to watch the match online.
